GENERATIVE CONTENT & BRAND ASSETS
BRAND ENGINE
Your brand, encoded as data and run as a system. It produces on-brand work across every format, on demand, with the same output for the same inputs every time.

ONE GOVERNED PATH FROM YOUR BRAND TO THE WORK
The asset. Two layers, cross-referenced.
Objective, message, constraints, exclusions. Schema-checked before any step runs.
Every step is one type, never both. Each generation routes to the strongest model for the job.
Mechanical, then an independent grader, then a strategic flag.
Nothing auto-publishes. A person signs every release.
Logged against the exact version of the rules that made it.
Encoded as data
Your brand becomes two linked layers. Machine-readable tokens hold the fixed values like palette, type scale, spacing and hard rules, while system documents hold the judgment: your voice, what the brand rejects, and the reasoning behind each call. The tokens are what a script applies and the documents are what a model reasons over. The two cross-reference each other, so a judgment your brand has already made hardens into a rule the work is built from. A constraint like no shadows in your work stops being a note someone has to remember and becomes a fact the output cannot violate. This layer is the asset, and building it well is most of the work, because it is where your taste actually lives.
Deterministic by design
Every step is one of two types, never both. A model step makes a judgment call from your brand data, like which line to write or how a layout should resolve, while a script step is deterministic, resolving a token, rendering to spec, validating and logging. Keeping them apart means the creative half stays genuinely good while the mechanical half stays identical run to run. When the two blur together, output swings between clever and unreliable, and that separation is the reason the system can be both expressive and repeatable at volume.
Every job is a validated brief
A job opens as a structured brief that names the objective, the message, the constraints and the exclusions, and it is validated against a schema before any step executes. Incomplete or contradictory briefs do not run, so nothing downstream ever has to guess what the job was.
Graded before release
Output clears three evaluation tiers. The first runs mechanical checks on dimensions, palette conformance and length. The second has an independent model grade brand expression cold, having never made the work, and it grades hard enough that something following every rule but landing as merely fine does not pass. The third flags strategic calls for a human and can never reject on its own. Nothing auto-publishes, a person signs every release, and the grading exists to aim their attention rather than replace it.
Versioned output, full provenance
Every output is logged against the exact version of the brand rules that produced it. When work starts to drift you read the record instead of opinions, and it points you at the one rule that moved. Why does this look this way becomes a question your system can answer on the record, by default.
A supervised learning loop
The engine reads its own record before producing, leaning toward approved patterns and away from rejected ones. When a job hits a case your rules never settled, it proposes a rule rather than guessing, and once you approve it the definition is written back. The definition only ever grows through calls you have signed, so the brand holds its shape as volume scales and gets a little sharper every month, with the knowledge written down where you can see it.
Model routing
No single model wins everywhere, so each generation routes to the strongest model for the job, whether that is text-in-image, photoreal scenes, motion or cross-shot consistency. References are managed across runs, and every generation is kept on record.
One definition, every format
One brand definition drives every output: social media (static posts, reels, carousels), proposals and other long-form documents, client videos, infographics, advertising creative and presentation decks. It is defined once and drawn everywhere, so changing the source updates every format that follows.
