Connor is driven by how things show up in the world: the story, the strategy, and the identity that makes something land. So far, that's looked like a lot of things - a marketing agency, a vegan sushi restaurant, and an ongoing involvement with a local art and music festival that keeps him working with inspiring artists year-round.

Curiosity about the way tech and AI can reshape how humans interact with the world drew him into the space four years ago. Early work taking him to a Web3 startup focused on decentralised digital identity and an AI-driven wellbeing app. At Lappie, this translates to creative systems and solutions - brand architecture, system design, customer journey, product strategy. He owns the creative layer that keeps things fresh.

Oli has always been drawn to how things work: the systems behind the scenes, the operations that keep a business moving, and the constant pursuit of doing more with less. That drive has taken him through eight years of commercial and marketing experience: managing retail for ASICS, founding and running Odachi Media as CEO for three and a half years. Across that journey, he managed over a million Rand in ad spend that delivered gross returns exceeding ten million.

At Lappie, he brings that same mindset to business development, client relationships, marketing, operations, and the systems and automations that make all of it scale.

Tom, as a senior software engineer, has always been the person who builds the thing. Language and platform-agnostic, he thinks in pseudocode and builds in whatever the project demands.

He spent six years building applications across industries - financial platforms, blockchain technologies, education tools, med tech, and AI systems - before bringing the range to Lappie.
