The system reads the contacts already sitting in your CRM through a direct connection to its own API. None of our code runs inside your environment; it connects as a permissioned identity and works through the same interface your team uses.
Before anything is written, the system gathers current public context on each contact and verifies their email address. A bad address is the fastest way to damage your sending reputation, so every address is checked before it is ever used.
A model drafts each message from your brand voice and a library of templates, using the context gathered for that one contact. The draft is written for the person in front of it, never stamped from a generic template.
Every draft waits here. A person reviews and approves before anything is sent. Approve and it queues to send; decline and it never goes out. No message reaches a contact on its own.
Approved mail sends from a warm, named mailbox on your own domain, metered so no single mailbox exceeds its safe daily rate. To send more, the system adds mailboxes rather than pushing any one of them harder.
The system watches for replies in real time and tracks clicks through a first-party redirect on your own domain. The moment a contact replies, any pending follow-up is cancelled first, so no one who has already answered gets chased.
Replies are classified and written back as leads, activities and tags, and timed follow-ups are held durably until the day they should fire, even months out. When a conversation is ready for a person, it is handed to your team.

Blacklisting is driven by complaint and bounce rates rather than by raw volume, so the protection is built from the things that actually move those rates: an audience that wants the mail, every address verified before it is used, and a warm domain kept under a safe per-mailbox rate. When you need more reach the system adds sending capacity rather than leaning harder on any one mailbox, which is the standard way to grow volume without putting the domain at risk.
It knows who replied, and acts on it first
The system treats a reply as the signal that matters most. The moment one lands it cancels the pending follow-up before doing anything else, so a contact who has already answered is never chased by an automated nurture. Only then does it classify the reply and route it onward. Clicks are tracked too, through a redirect on your own domain that keeps the links clean and the data first-party, though a click enriches context without ever standing in for a reply. Opens are treated as a weak signal at most, because they are unreliable for everyone now, and the funnel the system actually trusts is replies, clicks and the conversion they lead to.
Follow-ups fire on time, and land back in your CRM
Follow-up does not depend on anyone remembering. Timed nurture and longer waits, including a deliberate pause of several months before a contact is worth approaching again, are held durably and fire on the exact day they should, writing back to your CRM the moment they do. Everything the system learns lands where your team already works: replies classified into leads, activities logged against the contact, and tags kept current. It also reacts to changes your own people make in the CRM, so the system and your team stay in step rather than overwriting each other.
